I'm a simple emigrant and I don't attach any special significance to my birthday
So I didn't plan anything special, but often without plans everything falls into place even better. The first birthday not in my hometown, so there are no friends, and basically no social circle. I didn't even know what to bring to work or whether I needed to bring anything? Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately) you can't just walk into any supermarket here and buy a couple of cakes; they simply don't exist there. Sladushka still isn't working here in Germany yet. In the end at lunch I bought a 'party box' of donuts and hauled them into the office. Of course everyone was just happy, and that's the main thing. Earlier in the work chat this morning I posted a call to go to a bar after work, and you know who was the first to respond? The German half of the office. By four o'clock the girls had put the wine in the fridge, by five we had drunk it, and at 6:00 PM everyone was ready to go drinking. In most local bars there are small tables, because only alcohol sits on them; no one here eats. What I like most is that here the paying also goes in a circle. If your beer runs out, you go to get yourself some and for everyone who has a little left. Then someone else buys for everyone, and so on. In general, we hung out in one bar, and then went to another, I don't know why, especially since it was right across the street. Now a couple of days to rest, and from Friday to Sunday dive into a second try, after all I'm 25 years old :) And in the photo is my gift, giving Amazon gift cards is the tradition. #work
