I'm a simple emigrant and I love techno

German techno clubs are considered the best in this genre, and this year Berlin techno and clubs were even included in List of UNESCO's intangible cultural heritage! I have been to such clubs in Berlin and in Frankfurt, it's always a lot of fun. At my all-time favorite party, tourists weren't allowed in; at that time I wasn't a tourist, but my friend and I still worried. At the entrance she handed over her German ID first to mask my residence permit. This is done so that tourists don't film everything on cameras, because the cultural differences would be noticeable for a traveler from any country, I think. There really is a freedom of self-expression. The club itself is a huge hangar with two floors and several DJs, all techno, but varied. No one there cares how you look or how you dance; everyone just relaxes, enjoys themselves and has fun. We danced all night until 9 a.m. Before this, I had never stayed in clubs this long, but there is simply no fatigue there (and no, we didn't consume anything). And for the raves we left quickly as well, because such parties easily last all weekend. We would have kept dancing if not for the free breakfast in our chic hotel. Leaving at this time is a separate pleasure: everyone already works, and you just came out of the party. Such a special kind of walk of shame. Have you been to techno parties? Drop your favorite tracks, they can be non-techno as well 🌚
