I'm a simple emigrant and I planted flowers

Many people, moving to another country, feel themselves in a state of limbo for a long time. Everything seems temporary β€” housing, work, even the people around. The urge to stay mobile fights with the urge to get a pet or a bunch of plants. In my case the reasons are more about endless trips or moving within Germany, but I decided that I wouldn't wait any longer and it's time to start something. I bought a palm tree. At first it felt cramped there, I repotted it. The palm seemed to get worse, I repotted again, it seemed to get a bit better. Then I decided that I was now a gardener and it's time to acquire more plants as well. Recently I planted flowers, greens and small tomatoes on the balcony. I actually wanted strawberries, but couldn't find them, had to take what was available. The tomatoes will grow on the balcony, right? I bought almost everything at Toom. For my wishes it's enough, but for a grand purchase it's easier to search on Google Garden Center (garden center), and then look at reviews and proximity to you. Simple flowers or seeds in season can be found in almost any large supermarket. And mint or basil in a pot – available year-round. Honestly, so far I haven't noticed any particular talent for gardening in myself, and it's a pity; I would love to wave a wand and have a whole greenhouse grow! By the way, in Germany they say that such people have a green thumb or green thumbs. Surely among the subscribers there are many with green thumbs. Show off, don't be shy! Do you grow anything? I'm very interested to see what you're growing πŸ₯° #useful #emigrant_happiness
