Post: I'll tell you about Telegram's kitchen

I'm a simple emigrant and I'll tell you about Telegram's kitchen

There are a few not-obvious aspects of running a channel that I’m often asked about. Today I’ll tell you about the three main ones. Not all messages from the chat are visible in the comments. This is the first and most annoying moment. If you go into the comments under a post, you see only what was written as a reply specifically to that post. And if you open the chat, you will see all the messages. Therefore, even if you want to read only and not participate in discussions, it’s better to join the chats of channels that interest you anyway. Advertisements in a small window at the bottom are out of my control. I can’t disable it or even choose who to place, and who not to. I’m not connected to this ad at all, so I can allow that there may be crafty scammers placed there as well. Initially this was a gift from Telegram to us, the authors, a kind of monetization of content. In fact, Telegram earned $1 billion last year, and the authors got zero—no understatement. And when something finally starts to trickle in—that will be enough for a bowl of rice, and that’s only if you save all year. Authors of reactions under posts are not visible to anyone. Even I as the owner don’t see who is placing reactions at all, let alone which ones. Therefore I’m very pleased to see comments or reactions to comments. So for us as authors, subscribers gain a face and a character, and it becomes more interesting for us. Therefore don’t hesitate to place reactions to posts at least, and if you also write comments—that’s even better! These quirks apply to all Telegram channels. And I’m telling you this because it seems to me that the more people understand the reasons, the more we speak the same language. Class is over 🤭 now you can ask any questions about running a channel! #useful
