I'm a simple emigrant and I'm already lost in prices
Recently I find myself thinking more and more that I can’t give a personal assessment of whether something is expensive or cheap. This feeling is especially sharp in daily purchases: groceries, hygiene products, household chemicals. So you go to the store, it seems you didn’t buy anything, but €40 (~ 4000 rubles) is as if it never happened, and sometimes you buy a lot and the total amount approaches €100. And this is without fancy products or delicacies. Usually I don’t pay attention to the cost of each item I take, so an unexpectedly seen price tag often shocks me. For example, four rolls of toilet paper for €5. I wouldn’t buy that, and yes, princesses buy it too. In general, to figure out the price level, I decided to ask for your opinion. Here I will present a list with prices for ordinary goods. These are the average Frankfurt prices at the end of 2024, let’s compare prices in different countries. By the way, I’m not up to speed on grocery costs in Tyumen either, I’d be glad to hear. Write in the comments how much you spend on your standard goods and your feeling about it. #money
