I'm a simple emigrant and I'm amazed by the new German rules
Although in Germany almost 70% of the population has been vaccinated, coronavirus cases are rising by tens of thousands every day. In recent weeks, the daily infection record was updated: 66,884 people! The lockdown hasn't been announced yet, but rules have been tightened. Many offices are closing, having never managed to open properly. And in restaurants and other establishments under the new rules you can only enter if you’re vaccinated or have recovered in the past six months. In some places, even with these documents they still ask you to provide a rapid test not older than 24 hours. You also can’t get on public transport so easily anymore: you need a certificate of vaccination or recovery, or a recent test. I have to allot much more time for getting around, otherwise I’ll have to walk. The government doesn't exactly force vaccination, but it makes life much harder for those who haven't yet. And for those who don’t like leaving the house, it becomes even easier — there’s no need to come up with excuses anymore. And how do you feel about the anti-social corona restrictions? #Ordnung
