Surely you’ve heard stereotypes about the German sense of humor, or rather its absence. But I wouldn’t say that: my girlfriends are quite the laughers. Remarkably, but even different cultural experiences rarely prevent us from understanding each other’s jokes. Recently I found at home a forgotten book of folk creativity – it’s in the photo – and thought, well who doesn’t love old, good jokes and punny wordplay. I picked three random jokes, here—check out the level of humor 😁 There are three in the office. One of them works. Who are they? Two clerks and one fan! Two police officers found a corpse near a gymnasium. One asks the other: “Hey, how do you spell ‘gymnasium’?” The other thought and suggested: “Let’s take it to the post office!” Jonas sits by a sewer and pokes at it with a stick. A passerby asks: “What are you doing here?” “Yeah, my jacket fell into it!” “Will you still wear it?” “No, but my sandwich is in the pocket!” Well, how do you like it?
