I'm a simple emigrant, and I underwent the initiation rite

Yesterday, for the first time, someone on the street tried to push weed on me. I've already told you before that we have a neighborhood of drug addicts/dealers and prostitutes, right near my old office. With the new office, the situation has improved, but a small part of the area around the main train station reaches it as well. And yesterday I was walking, listening to music, and I didn't bother anyone. Honestly, I had never really known how this was done at all. And at one moment a dark-skinned guy walked perpendicular to me and, when we almost collided, he neatly opened his fist, in which lay a fairly large bag of weed, while he looked as if he wasn't looking in my direction at all. I don't know whether I should be offended or glad, but stories about "on every corner they try to push it" I had heard even before I moved here. And now (finally?) I've experienced it myself. By the way, if the unspoken question is still in the air, no, I didn't buy it. Should I have? 😅 #frankfurt
