Post: I've already returned to Germany

I'm a simple emigrant and I've already returned to Germany

Over two and a half weeks in Russia I needed a test or vaccination certificate only once: right after entering. The rest of the time in Moscow, Tyumen, and St. Petersburg no one ever asked for any proof that I wasn't sick; at best they checked my temperature at the entrance. During that time I was at a concert, in bars, and at tourist spots. And just before the lockdown, I had to fly home. I slipped right through! The next test had to be done for boarding the plane. And here I again warmly remembered how often in Russia people do care about you and how rarely in Germany. I rushed to the clinic in the evening; they promised results by 12 a.m. the next day. But it was late, and my plane departed at 12:10, and they weren't sure everything would be ready on time. The specialist started contacting the lab directly, with her supervisors, worrying about me as about herself. In the end they labeled my test as urgent, and the director gave his personal number, in case I ever needed a printed copy I could go to his friend working at the airport. The result came at 9 a.m., no additional actions were required, and I used the number to write to the director, “thank you.” After arriving in Germany you need to serve a 10-day quarantine. You can get out earlier if you take another test on the fifth day after arrival. But during my absence, even “rapid” tests became paid and now cost on average €25 (~2100 rubles). Since I don't need to go to the office, and I don't go anywhere much, I decided that I would happily sit at home. And in your countries what's the situation with the coronavirus? #russia
