I'm a simple emigrant and I've collected useful apps for Germany

Over the years living here, I’ve certainly installed and removed a whole bunch of apps, but most of them are still with me. Bureaucracy AusweisApp – electronic ID for bureaucracy Post & DHL App – an excellent and convenient mail app Health TK-App – manage insurance, receipts, certificates, bonus program. Doctolib and jameda – finding doctors and booking appointments or online consultations. TeleClinic – telemedicine: online consultations with German doctors, prescriptions and certificates. Food and Restaurants Wolt – delivery of food and groceries from local restaurants and shops, which I use most often. But lately the service has deteriorated. Lieferando and Uber Eats – other popular food delivery apps. TheFork – table reservations at restaurants with discounts; works in many countries. Too Good To Go – buying unsold food from cafés and supermarkets at reduced prices. Mostly I check there when I’m at the train station/airport. Travel Booking.com – booking hotels, tickets, activities for travel. DB Navigator – German railways: schedules, tickets, routes. Park4Night – searching for parking, camping, and motorhome spots across Europe. Splitwise – splitting expenses and keeping track of debts among friends. I use it exclusively while traveling, hence I placed it in this section. Komoot – routes for hiking, cycling, and trekking across Europe. Omio – comparing and buying train, bus, and flight tickets all in one place across Europe. FlixBus – buses across Europe and the only alternative to German trains. Shopping BestSecret – branded clothing, shoes, and other discounted items. H&M – I have it installed because I bring clothes there for recycling. Temu – like AliExpress, but much nicer. Zalando, About You, Shein, Vinted, eBay Kleinanzeigen – more shopping, but I use them very rarely, so only on websites. The last two mainly for second-hand items. Also ASOS – I used to order there constantly, but they started charging for returns. Services and Transport Flowwow – I order surprises there in Russia. Uber, Bolt, FREE NOW – taxi orders; Bolt is usually the cheapest. Lime, TIER, seems, now Dott, Call a Bike – rental of e-scooters and bicycles. RMVgo – Frankfurt public transport. Finances and Discounts ING Deutschland – my main bank for salary payments and the EC card. N26 – my favorite online bank with a bunch of perks. Taxfix – filing tax returns online, suitable for simple cases. Trade Republic – investments, interest on the balance, cashback. benefits – employee discounts. If you work in Germany, it’s very likely you have this too. MyDealz – a community of good deals and coupons. Shoop and Payback – cashback and coupons for shopping in German stores. dm, Rossmann, REWE, EDEKA, Lidl Plus, ALDI SÜD, PENNY, Kaufland, Netto – apps with discounts and promotions for all the standard German supermarkets; choose whatever suits you best. From the entire list, only BestSecret isn’t available without a referral at all, so I added it to the post. I was too lazy to embed all the other referral links, so share them in the comments with each other. Drop more cool apps for Germany in the comments! #useful
