The beach is sandy, but parking is located remotely. It can be crowded on hot days. Entrance and parking: free. Address: Am Camping 1 36399 Freiensteinau, Nieder-Moos. 🏖Seeweiher Mengerskirchen WaldernbachSeeweiher Mengerskirchen Waldernbach — a lake with a shallow sandy bottom and a beach, great for swimming and kayaking. There are facilities, but on hot days it can be crowded. Entrance: about €2–€4, parking: free. Address: Waldernbach, 35794 Mengerskirchen. 🏖Mookai BeachMookai Beach — a modern beach club with a sandy shore and a public recreation area, not far from Hanau. There is a restaurant and a lounge, partly paid entry, often crowded. Entrance and parking: free. Address: Am Aueweg 3, 63517 Rodenbach. From city pools I will write only about Main Bad Bornheim, since it opened this year. Entrance: €5.50 - €7; children up to 14 years old — free. Parking: available but limited; easier to reach by U-Bahn to Eissporthalle station. Address: Am Bornheimer Hang 2, 60386 Frankfurt am Main.
