Mercer published a new ranking: https://bit.ly/2w6MBvg on the quality of life in different cities for expats. They evaluated in this ranking the entertainment, housing, economic, political and social environments, public transport and services, the availability of consumer goods, weather conditions, socio-cultural environment, schools and education, and healthcare. Among the top ten, Germany occupies as many as three spots: Munich (3), Düsseldorf (6) and Frankfurt (7); Switzerland occupies three more spots. In general, of course, this isn’t the truth at first glance, but, let’s agree, it’s always nice to see your place of residence in the rankings—it’s not embarrassing in front of the neighbors, they understand that you’ve moved to a good place :) First place, by the way, goes to Vienna (Austria). Moscow is only 167, and St. Petersburg 174; there are no other Russian cities in the list of 231 cities. #frankfurt
